Our Story

We are a family owned restaurant here in the Las Vegas Valley. In 2005, we made the decision to move to Las Vegas with hopes of a better opportunity. We started selling a few items at a local asian market and after multiple customers inquired about event catering we started to cater birthdays, weddings, graduations and more. Fast forward to 2014, an opportunity to open a restaurant came to us. We decided to take a leap of faith and in 2015, Red Rice was open to the public. Our goal is to share our island's culture and tradition through food. We provide authentic CHamorro flavors that were passed down from generation to generation.
